Come Onboard for the Fairline Targa 58 GRAN TURISMO Med Tour 2011

We’ll be touring locations in the western Mediterranean with the Targa 58 GRAN TURISMO express cruiser, offering boat owners the opportunity to step onboard and view this award-winning express cruiser – and the first Targa 58 GRAN TURISMO to feature a silver hull. The tour is running from 30th July and includes visits to the Spanish mainland, the islands of Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca, the south coast of France and north western Italy, before completing the tour in time for the opening day at the Cannes Boat Show (6th September).
Invitations to view the Targa 58 GRAN TURISMO will be given to boat owners at scheduled stopovers with some surprise visits to various bays and harbours en-route. The scheduled stopovers include Alicante and Dénia, Ibiza town, Puerto Portals, Cala D’or, Puerto de Pollensa, before heading to Mahon in Menorca, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, San Remo and onto Portofino.
Arrival of the New Squadron 58
August 25th, 2011 dave787 We have incorporated key design trends and ongoing signature Fairline styling as seen on the latest generation Squadron and Targa models.
To help make the most of your time on the water, the innovative, patent-pending Fairline Tender Launch System, for either a Williams 325 Jet RIB or a Valiant Dynamic 2.7m, is fitted as standard on the Squadron 58. As with the award-winning Squadron 65, the latest model also features an overhead lift-up transom shower at the bathing platform.
A three-stage sliding patio door connects the cockpit to the saloon. Giving further space to these living areas, the high level lockers have been relocated from both sides of the saloon and cleverly designed storage has been positioned in the saloon sofa; simply lift the top cushion to reveal.
The longer hull sees the introduction of a redesigned cockpit area that brings greater headroom above the bed in the fourth/crew cabin. Newly designed mid-level lockers in the starboard guest cabin are now twice as wide as previously.
The Squadron 55 was first launched in 1995 and the original Squadron 58 followed in 2000. The success of these models helped lead the way in the latest generation of Squadron flybridge motor yachts, with their spacious and light-filled accommodation. Launched in 2008, the latest Squadron 55 was widely well-received due to its ease of operation on the water. With the extra interior and exterior space coupled with up-to-the-minute Fairline technology brings the latest evolution in the model, creating the Squadron 58.

Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (28th October – 1st November)
The Targa 58 GRAN TURISMO is being unveiled to the USA at this year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. A duo of our latest generation flybridge motor yachts, the award-winning Squadron 65 and Squadron 55 are also making their US Show debut. Visit our stand during the Show at F/G Dock 1-3.
